Having experienced the trauma of losing her spouse and other loved ones to NCDs, Christine brings her passion for empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential through holistic well-being.

Captain Wendy Yawching
Executive Trainer
Wendy Yawching is an accomplished leader, pioneering female aviator, and certified Master Feng Shui Consultant with a passion for personal and professional transformation. Wendy made history as the first female Captain of Trinidad and Tobago’s national airline, the first Trinidadian woman to reach Mt. Everest Base Camp, and the country’s first certified Master Feng Shui Consultant.
With a 28-year aviation career, Wendy retired as a Captain with Caribbean Airlines and later founded Healing Spaces Caribbean, offering Feng Shui consultations, workshops, and motivational speaking. As Environmental Director for Tobago’s Yahweh Foundation, she launched an award-winning environmental program for students. Wendy’s accomplishments, including being named a “Living Caribbean Legend” in 2023, reflect her leadership, dedication, and commitment to inspiring others. She is the self-published author of the transformational book, The Courage to Fly and has been invited to speak on transformational themes locally and regionally.
Her diverse skills in leadership, transformation, and wellness make Wendy an invaluable asset to our team.

Troy Hadeed is an entrepreneur, author, yoga teacher, and social entrepreneur with over 20+ years of experience in the fields of mindfulness, emotional regulation, perspective-shifting and the ongoing exploration of the human condition. The first instant he stepped onto a corporate stage he realized how much of an impact we can have on social culture and wellbeing by shifting perspectives and cultures within the workplace. Human relationships are at the core of them both and if we can provide our workspaces with the tools to cultivate better relationships, not only will it increase workplace relations along with efficiency and profits, but also change the world.

Lisa Feveck
Lisa Feveck is a dedicated dietitian, educator, author and transformation coach who is passionate about supporting women with their health issues, especially through midlife and menopause. She understands the unique cultural and personal challenges faced by Caribbean women during this phase and is on a mission to simplify healthy eating, making nutrition more approachable and less stressful.
With a compassionate and holistic approach, Lisa prioritizes overall health and well-being, especially for those who prefer not to or cannot use medications. Her personalized coaching programs blend nutrition, fitness and mindset strategies, empowering women to embrace menopause with confidence and joy. Lisa believes this time is not just another chapter in a woman’s life but a chance to rediscover herself and explore new possibilities.

Derval Barzey
Environmental Sustainability Advisor
Derval Barzey is a Speaker, Podcast Host and Environmental Sustainability Consultant. In 2020 she founded The Climate Conscious Podcast. She is dedicated to enhancing public awareness and amplifying the Caribbean perspective on climate action and sustainable development.
With a background in Energy and Environment, Derval brings over a decade of experience in areas such as Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Risk Management Systems, and Sustainable Energy Policy. Her expertise also includes Environmental Social and Governance frameworks. She has held roles in industry, and the public and private sectors.
Derval’s qualifications include:
